New Music: Usher – ‘Believe Me’

In between banging on Nicki Minaj’s booty at the VMAs, Usher quietly dropped his new song “Believe Me.” On the emotional Mike WiLL Made-It-produced track, Ursh sings about betraying his girl’s trust and being left with the guilt.
“And it breaks my heart to know I break your heart,” he croons.
His eighth album, which may or may not be called UR, is due this fall. He has also announced a world tour, “The UR Experience,” set to kick off later this year.

Fresh off opening the VMAs, Jessie J, Ariana Grande, and Nicki Minaj light up the screen in the explosive video for “Bang Bang.” The divas come together for one big party in the Hannah Lux Davis-directed clip, which was shot on the Paramount lot in Hollywood.
“The concept of the video is really about girls coming together and partying it up,” said Davis.
Jessie J pulls up to a block party on a hot summer day in her pink whip. “She really brings everybody together and they kinda start this movement through the city,” she said.
Ariana gets dolled up in her pink loft, while Nicki arrives to the party in a helicopter.
The ladies meet up on a rooftop for the final scene of the night.
The top 10 hit can be found on Ariana’s sophomore album My Everything, out tomorrow, as well as Jessie J’s upcoming album Sweet Talker, due October 14.

Jessie J, Ariana Grande, and Nicki Minaj kicked off the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards with some major girl power. The ladies joined forces for a nearly seven-minute set at L.A.’s Forum on Sunday.
Ariana emerged from a spaceship to her single “Break Free,” followed by Nicki, who unleashed a jaw-dropping performance of “Anaconda” live on stage, with her booty on full display.
Jessie J capped things off with “Bang Bang” before being joined by Ari and Nicki for the big finale. Nicki held tight to her dress to avoid a wardrobe malfunction.

Sisqo Reemerges With New Club Track ‘A-List’

Remember back in the day when Dru Hill was lacing us with hits like “In My Bed,” “Tell Me” and “5 Steps”? Times have changed drastically and so has music!
Sisqo, the group’s lead singer, is attempting a comeback, and his first release is “A-List,” an auto-tuned club track featuring Waka Flocka Flame. It’s not in the “Thong Song” territory, but think more along the lines of Trey Songz’s “‘Na Na” or an artist like Ty Dolla $ign, who rap-sings over a good 808 beat.
He sings:

Beyoncé Performs Album Medley at 2014 VMAs

Beyoncé turned the VMAs into the BeyMAs. The superstar brought her visual album to life for one epic performance at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards.
“MTV, welcome to my world,” she said before launching into all 14 tracks off her self-titled LP including “Mine,” “Blow,” “Drunk in Love,” “Partition,” and “Flawless.”
As she performed “Blue,” her daughter Blue Ivy looked on from Jay Z’s lap.
She ended the performance with “XO,” dedicating it to her loyal fans.
Jay Z came onstage with Blue Ivy to present the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award to “the greatest living entertainer,” who had tears in her eyes as she accepted.
“Blue Blue, I love you. My beloved, I love you. My fans, I love you,” said Bey.

Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora Perform ‘Black Widow’ at VMAs.

Two blondes are better than one. Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora slayed the stage with a killer performance of “Black Widow” at Sunday’s VMAs. Dressed in sexy spiderweb catsuits by Marco Marco, the ladies reenacted the Kill Bill-inspired video onstage, and had Taylor Swift dancing along.
While she didn’t win any awards for “Fancy,” Iggy did share Best Female Video with Ariana Grande for “Problem.”

Joe Budden Accused Of Beating Up His Girlfriend .

Does Joe Budden have a problem with keeping his hands to himself?
A few years ago, an ex-girlfriend accused him of beating her up and now the rapper is being accused of laying hands on yet another woman.
Earlier today, TMZ published shocking pics that were allegedly taken of his girl shortly after a huge altercation with Joe. According to the site, Joe grew jealous after seeing photos of his woman posted up with a few guys,  so he drove to the restaurant she was at, dragged her out of there, choked her and slammed her into the dashboard of his car. He then drove her to his New Jersey home where he continued to beat her.
Since the report went live, Joe has been responding to his followers all day, while denying the allegations. He told one of his Twitter followers that his girl was looking for attention, and told another that the reports couldn’t be further from the truth.


If you recall, a few years ago, model Esther Baxter made similar allegations against Joe, while claiming he caused her to suffer a miscarriage. She revealed in an interview with Bossip:

“kicked the door down, came into the room, grabbed me by my ankles, choked me so that I couldn’t breathe, slammed me against the door…in an attempt to grab the phone from me he wrestled me, grabbed me by my wrist and sat on my stomach while I was pregnant. [..] I went to the hospital and that’s when I found out I lost my daughter.

If the report is indeed true, Joe may want to switch from Love & Hip Hop-type shows and do Dr. Phil instead smh.

Nicki Minaj ‘Anaconda’ Video Is Raunchy…But Features Some Amazing Butt Exercises.

Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” video is here, and if the single cover for this track was an indication of what to expect, we should have known that there would have been booty, booty, booty rockin’ everywhere.
Big booties! Jungle booties! Stallion booties! Toned booties! If you hate booty, this video is not for you!
Just like in the behind-the-scenes visuals, Nicki’s twerking, dipping and wiggling that thang throughout in a number of super sexy looks. In one scene she’s poppin’ it in a skimpy black and gold outfit. In another, she’s bustin’ it wide open and humping the ground in denim pum pum shorts. One scene also features Nicki working out in a string bikini. (And she looks incredible!)
Of course, the video would not be complete without a rump-shaking lap dance at the end, and Drake provides major laughs as he attempts to figure out what to do with that thang backing up against him. Afterward, his face looked as though he had just lost an old school game of Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out.

Despite being from the islands and not being “with that ice sh-t,” the Bad Gal has finally taken the popular Ice Bucket Challenge.
It all happened last night as Em and Ri wrapped up their Detroit show in Comerica Park in front of a massive audience of 41,000 concert-goers.
With a chair all set up on stage, Eminem went first up as Rihanna dumped a waste basket of ice water over his head. And in an example of instant karma, Rih found herself in that same chair getting drenched in ice water by friend Jenna Rosales.
So far, the popularity of the ice bucket challenges has raised over $40 million for the ALS Association.

Nicki Minaj’s Dancer Bitten By Snake During MTV VMAs Rehearsal .

The last time we saw an artist take to the MTV Video Music Awards stage with a snake, it was Britney Spears’ 2001 “I’m A Slave 4 U” performance, but it looks as though Nicki Minaj will also have a few slithery creatures joining her this weekend as well.
And it makes sense since her new single is titled, “Anaconda.”
But having reptiles on stage doesn’t always come without drama!
Yesterday, while the Head Barb was rehearsing for this weekend’s MTV VMAs, one of her dancers was reportedly bitten by a snake.
The six-foot boa constrictor was allegedly draped over the dancer’s shoulders when it bit her on the inside of her arm.
According to its handlers, it was the first time in the snake’s 15-year careerdoing shows that this has happened.
Luckily for the dancer, boa constrictors are non-venomous and her injuries aren’t life threatening. Still, she was treated for the bite and taken to the hospital just to be on the safe side.
MTV reports that the show will go on with the use of another boa or a python.
With Nicki’s rumored performance of “Anaconda” and Beyoncé performing a 15-minute medley of her visual album, it seems as though we will have a lot to talk about on Monday.

Nelly and Shantel Jackson are still going strong. As what? Who knows, but they look pretty chummy to be just ‘homies.’
Back in April, shortly after Miss Jackson broke up with boxer Floyd Mayweather, Nelly scooped her up by commenting on how good she looked on her Instagram page and making her his Woman Crush Wednesday. He eventually took her to a Heat vs. Bobcats playoff game in North Carolina and the rest is social media can get you a date history.
Meanwhile, over the past month, the dimpled beauty has been posting some snaps on Instagram of her and Nelly having a few #us moments. In one shared pic, Miss Jackson’s tongue is just an inch away from Nelly’s face, while she asks:

French Montana and Khloe Kardashian Open Up About Their Relationship

After scoring an interview with Remy Ma earlier in the week, Angie Martinez sat down with French Montana on Power 105.1 on Thursday. The “Pop That” rapper, who’s become a regular on TMZ, spoke out for the first time about his relationship with girlfriend Khloe Kardashian.

He revealed that his mentor Diddy was the one who introduced him to Kim’s younger sister. “Khloe cool as hell, man. It was Puff. Puff was the one that put us together,” said a nervous French.
Khloe’s family has embraced him. “Me and Kris Jenner best friends. We drink together,” he said of Khloe’s mother.
His girl even stopped by to visit to her man, and address the critics. “People are going to comment no matter what, like if I dated the most clean-cut, perfect guy, they’re gonna comment. That’s just the way it is,” said Khloe. “So if I’m having fun and if I like this kid, no one else should care. They’re not fuckin’ him, so why do they care?”
When asked what she likes most about her boo, she cited his sense of humor. “He is probably one of the funniest people I’ve ever met in my life. You cannot stop laughing, like crying laughing.”
While he may have a reputation for being a bad boy, there are other sides to him. “I think he also puts out there more of the tough exterior and that’s who he is, but there’s also a different side of him, which he keeps more private as he should. Not everyone should see that side of him, but he could be a softie sometimes.”
French has been refraining from alcohol and sex because of Ramadan, which Khloe says has been “so fun… That’s why he’s wearing all white. He’s so pure and holy right now. He’s virginal.”
He also dished about his new music. He is getting ready to release a new single called “Don’t Panic” and revealed that Kanye West might executive produce his album Mac & Cheese 4. He and ‘Ye did five or six tracks together including one called “Gucci Mane” featuring Rick Ross and Lil Wayne.

Lil Wayne to Launch Sports Agency with Cristiano Ronaldo as First Client

Lil Wayne is making a big business move. The Young Money mogul is reportedly starting his own sports management agency and has signed up soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo as his first client.

According tosource Weezy, who is a huge sports fanatic, has been wanting to get into sports management and is friends with the Team Portugal player.
Wayne has partnered with Polaris Sports, which is affiliated with CAA and GestiFute, the company where Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes works.
Wayne’s company will handle Ronaldo’s sports management affairs in the U.S. including marketing, endorsement deals, and even modeling.
Earlier today, Ronaldo tweeted a photo of himself with the Prime Minister of Japan holding up the Young Money sign.
“My homie Christiano Ronaldo got the President of Japan throwing up Young money! He too real 4dat! Young Muulah baby!” tweeted Wayne.
He won’t be the first rap mogul to venture into the world of sports. In 2013, Jay Z teamed up with CAA to launch Roc Nation Sports, which is home to Kevin Durant, CC Sabathia, Skylar Diggins, and Victor Cruz.

Jennifer Lopez Celebrates 45th Birthday with French Montana, Fat Joe

Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 45th birthday in style. The flawless superstar threw a party for herself at Greek restaurant Nammos Estiatorio in Southampton on Thursday.
According to TMZ, the star-studded bash cost six figures and featured a dinner followed by dancing.
The guest list included Fat Joe, French Montana and his girlfriend Khloe Kardashian, Scott Disick, Kelly Ripa, J.Lo’s BFF Leah Remini, and her rumored new beau Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Following a speech from her manager Benny Medina, J.Lo was presented with a life-sized cake of her riding a lion.
“Let the games begin! #itsmyparty #funtimes #birthdaygirl #aintnuthingbutanumber,” she tweeted.
Everyone from Mac Miller to her ex Casper Smart wished her. “Happppppppy Birthday to the most Beautiful lil bear in the world!!!! May all your wishes come true!!” wrote Smart.

Album Cover: Keyshia Cole – ‘Point of No Return’.

Keyshia Cole is not looking back on the cover for her sixth album Point of No Return. The R&B songstress trades her designer gowns for ripped jeans, a white tank top, and shades as she stands alongside a deserted highway.
The album has already spawned the singles “Rick James” featuring Juicy J, the personal ballad “Next Time (Won’t Give My Heart Away),” and the DJ Mustard-produced “She.”
The feature-heavy set also includes collaborations with Wale, Future, 2 Chainz, and August Alsina, and production from Mike WiLL Made-It, Stargate, Mario Winans, and RedOne.
“There’s definitely more sexy songs on this album than I’ve ever done,” Keyshia told Fuse. “I’m excited to see what the people think about that, so we’ll see how receptive they are to the album. I think it’s a great album and I feel like it’s one of my best albums to date.”
Earlier this week, she kicked off her “Point of No Return” tour, which wraps August 25 in San Diego.

New Music: Kitty Cash & SZA – ‘Moodring’.

TDE’s First Lady SZA joins DJ Kitty Kash on “Moodring,” the first single off Love the Free II, the sequel to Kash’s 2013 mixtape. The ethereal cut, produced by Felix Snow, features SZA’s tranquil vocals over a soothing beat.
“I wrote ‘Moodring’ the night I opened for Coldplay,” SZA told Billboard. “I hadn’t slept in two and half days due to anxiety. After the show, I drank every bottle of champagne Chris Martin [and] the band gave us that night, with Thundercat and my band. Great fucking time.”
