She has been busy promoting her upcoming Disney films.

But Lupita Nyong’o was on hand to celebrate the opening night of new play, Informed Consent, in New York on Tuesday night.

The stunning actress opted for simple but stylish ensemble as she attended the official after party held at Tir Na Nog bar and grill.

The 32-year-old showed off her shapely legs in a chic black mini dress which she teamed with black heels.

She opted to accessorise with a simple bangle, a large ring and drop earrings while she drew attention to her smile with red lipstick.

The Mexican-born beauty wore her locks in her curly twists style and was seen posing alongside director Liesl Tammy.

Sunday saw Lupita enjoy her first trip to Disneyland and the star was quick to share the experience with her fans.

The Star Wars star posted several shot from the day out on her Instagram page, including one which showed her zooming down Splash Mountain with her team.

Lupita - who was at the front of the log flume - was screaming in terror, and couldn't help but poke fun at herself when she shared the snapshot.

Lupita had also shared a picture as she made her arrival at the amusement park, posing in front of some hedges trimmed to look like Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

The 12 Years A Slave star was in Anaheim for the D23 Expo on Saturday - a huge Disney fan event - so she couldn't resist stopping by Disneyland to check out some of the rides.

It was triple duty for Lupita, who was there to promote Star Wars: The Force Awakens, The Jungle Book and The Queen Of Katwe.
