She's almost six months pregnant with her second child but that hasn't stopped Kim Kardsahian from working out.
The reality TV star hit the beach with sisters Khloe and Kourtney in St Barts on Tuesday, where they trio were put through their paces by a personal trainer.
Afterwards
as Kim, 34, cooled off she exposed her burgeoning baby bump in just a
black sports bra and matching leggings while enjoying a chat with her
mother Kris Jenner.

The whole sequence was filmed for season 11 of the family's reality TV series, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
On Monday Kim jetted in to St. Barts with her mother and sisters, holding tightly to young daughter North.

The
doting mom showed off her growing baby bump in a skintight dress as she
was spotted exiting a small plane alongside her family members while
filming for Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
The
star - who is expecting a boy, said to be due in December - is around
six months into her pregnancy now - and her bump has grown a lot bigger
in recent weeks.
