Dipset OG Juelz Santana seems to be having a horrific week. The rapper posted a picture onto his Instagram page of him in the tub showing his hospital wrist band. He says he was hospitalized due to a really bad case of food poisoning. Poor Juelz! Hope he’s feeling better. Check out the post in the gallery.
