Last night, the super famous reality star and her hubby Kanye hit the red carpet of the GQ Men Of The Year Awards in London, where she received “Woman Of The Year” honors, and her new hot cover was unveiled. But it is her nude spread inside the latest issue that has tongues wagging.

Just last month, Kanye covered American GQ, so it looks as though they are being promoted as package deals to fashion publications. Back in May, the couple also covered Vogue together with their daughter North West.
