Miley Cyrus could be in big trouble after she twerked on the Mexican Flag during her concert at the Monterrey Arena in the northern state of Nuevo Leon. Miley Cyrus, 21, may possibly be facing a fine or even a brief jail sentence after twerking on the Mexican Flag. Francisco Trevino, a local lawmaker said, “She or her team could be fined up to the equivalent of around $1,200 or be detained for 36 hours.” Video footage captured the singer wearing a prosthetic butt while twerking on the flag.
