The story just continues to change! First rapper Iggy Azaela claimed she did not have a sex tape, then lawyers said she was a minor when it was filmed, and now if the porn company, Vivid, attempts to release the tape with her name, Iggy, she is suing. See more below!
Ex-boyfriend, Hefe Wine, is clearly out for blood but Azalea’s lawyers aren’t sitting quietly and rolling with the punches. According to TMZ if the porn company, Vivid, uses the name “Iggy” they will get sued!
“Iggy Azalea’s lawyers are throwing the kitchen sink at a major porn company … now claiming Vivid will get it’s dirty corporate ass sued if it dares to market her alleged sex tape … because the name “Iggy” can only be used by Iggy.”
Her trademarked name only allows Azalea the right to use the name “Iggy” and her lawyers made that clear in a letter to Vivid.
“Now Iggy’s lawyers have fired off a letter to Vivid — obtained By TMZ — in which they say the name “Iggy” is gold … protected by U.S. Trademark.”
Needless to say Vivid is annoyed that they cannot use the name to market the tape. One small victory for the female rapper. . .
