Kim has since posed nude multiple times, and revealed that husband of one year Kanye West encourages the sexy shoots.
When
she first saw her W Magazine pictures, Kim broke down in tears on the
phone to her mother Kris Jenner and said she had been 'taken advantage
of'.
However
when the issue came out, the star changed her mind and said she was
'proud' of the images and 'glad' to have taken part in the shoot.

Before sharing her throwback Thursday picture, the star was spotted doing some shopping at Fred Segal in West Hollywood.
Kim
went for her go-to maternity wear - a skintight dress and heels, this
time opting for a grey frock, sandals with rope style straps, and a
billowing khaki coat.
The
raven-haired reality TV queen had attended the ESPY Awards the previous
evening, to support Caitlyn Jenner as she received the Arthur Ashe
Courage Award.
