GAVANA BENO NDULU ATAITIWA ASEME ZILIKO PESA ZA EPA...!!

Sakata la kashfa ya wizi wa fedha zilizoibiwa katika Akaunti ya Madeni ya Nje (EPA), Benki Kuu ya Tanzania (BoT), umeendelea kuibuka, ambapokamati ya bunge imembana Gavana Beno Ndullu aeleze kiasi cha fedha kilichorejeshwa, mahali zilipo na namna zilivyotumika.

Gavana Ndullu mbali ya kutoa maelezo mafupi kwa uangalifu , akisema kuwa hawezi kuwa 'msemaji wa hilo', alisema kuwa 'mwenye fedha hizo ni serikali...sisi ni watunzaji tu, wao wanajua namna wanavyozitumia."

Hayo yaliibuka jana katika kikao cha Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Hesabu za Mashirika ya Umma (POAC) na BoT, ambapo kamati hiyo pia ilihoji juu ya hali ya uchumi nchini, hususan suala la kupanda kwa gharama za maisha kunakozidi kuwaathiri Watanzania kila kukicha.

Kwa muda mrefu sasa, tangu kuibuka kwa kashfa hiyo na serikali kupitia kwa Rais Jakaya Kikwete kusema kuwa watakaorejeshwa fedha hizo watasamehewa kosa hilo la jinai, kumekuwepo na mjadala mkubwa juu ya zilipo fedha zilizorudishwa na namna zilivyotumika, huku wengine wakihoji uhalali wa watuhumiwa wa kusamehewa makosa yao nje ya mahakama.

Hali hiyo ya sintofahamu juu ya fedha za EPA, sasa imekuwa ni moja ya ajenda nchini, baada ya Mkaguzi na Mdhibiti Mkuu wa Fedha za Serikali (CAG) kusema fedha hizo hazionekani popote. Pia baadhi ya vyama vya siasa kuhoji zilipo, kwani benki ya wakulima ambako rais mwaka 2008 aliahidi zitapelekwa, haijaundwa mpaka leo.

Wa kwanza kuulibua suala la EPA katika kikao cha jana, ni Mbunge wa Viti Maalum CCM, Bi. Ester Bulaya aliyetaka kupata ufafanuzi juu ya mahali ziliporejeshwa fedha hizo, iwapo zilipelekwa BoT au Benki ya Rasilimali Tanzania (TIB).

Shakira celebrated her boyfriend Gerard Pique and FC Barcelona's win over Manchester United during one of her shows in Spain. 

33-year-old Shakira invited her boyfriend on stage to teach him a dance lesson. In the end, Pique warped his arms around his girlfriend and kissed her in front of the audience at the Lluis Campanys Olympic Stadium.
After Pique learned a few moves, Shakira called up players including Xavi, Bojan Krkić and Sergio Busquets to imitate her seductive dance moves.
"Follow me, it's very easy", she told the players as she shaked her hips while wearing a gold mesh top, lycra leggings and a pair of knee-high boots.

Sean Kingston's female jet ski passenger tells US Sean was driving "REALLY fast" when they crashed into a bridge this weekend ... and insists she begged him to slow down before the accident.

TMZ spoke with Cassandra Sanchez -- Sean's longtime friend -- who tells us she arrived to Miami Beach with another female friend to ride jet skis with Sean and his buddy on Saturday evening.

Sanchez tells us, "Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at the same time and we were going so fast we just blasted past them. When we turned a corner and crashed ... they were so far behind us they didn't even see us crash."

Sanchez says ... as Sean was racing towards the bridge, she screamed out, "We can't fit under there! Are we going to try and go under there?  Sean stop!"


Sanchez tells us ... she believes Sean tried to turn away from the bridge at the last minute ... and
lost control because they were going "REALLY fast."

The next thing Sanchez remembers is waking up in the water in pain. Sanchez says her friends on the other jet ski raced over and tried to help out ... with Sean's buddy trying to position the injured singer so he wouldn't swallow any more water. They all signaled for help until a boat came to the scene to help out.

Sanchez says, "[Sean] was coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff" ... and when he finally opened his eyes, he kept repeating the words, "I'm hurting. I'm hurting"

Sanchez says her ribs and her jaw are still sore -- but overall, she's OK.

As for Sean, Sanchez says "They have a tube down his throat so he can't really talk, but he is lucid and understands what's going on." Sanchez says doctors plan to keep Sean in the hospital for "a couple more weeks."

Kournikova started dating 36-year-old Iglesias eight years ago, but the couple always kept the relationship out of the public eye.
