   Warembo wa shindano la Redds Miss Kinondoni 2011 wametakiwa kulinda heshima yao katika jamii kwa kufanya mambo mema yatakayotoa mwongozo kwa wanajamii hasa wanawake.
   Wito huo ulitolewa jana na Meneja wa kinywaji cha Redds Victoria Kimaro wakati akizungumza na warembo waliofika katika kiwanda cha Tanzania Breweries Limited (TBL) Ilala.
    Victoria alisema kuwa warembo wanaoshiriki shindano la Redds Kinondoni wanao wajibu wa kuwafundisha wanajamii masuala mbalimbali yahusuyo ukwimwi, Malaria na masuala mengine muhimu yanayoigusa jamii.
    Victoria alisema kuwa warembo wanaweza kuifundisha na kuibadilisha jamii kuondokana na dhana potofu mbalimbali ambazo zinaathari katika jamii na kuiweka jamii katika mstari ulionyooka.
     Aliwataka warembo hao kutambua kuwa ushupavu ndio njia pekee ikayowawezesha kufika mbali ikiwa pamoja na kufikia ndoto zao za baadae.
    “Ni kwamba mtazamo wa Redds ni kuhusu suala la kujiamini, kujitambua na kuwa na maadili na ndio maana kupitia kinywaji hiki tumeamua kuwafikia akinadada kupitia kinywaji cha Redds kwa kudhamini masuala ya urembo” alisema Victoria.
    Warembo wa shindano hilo walipata nafasi ya kuzungumza na wafanyakazi wa kiwanda hicho ikiwa pamoja na kujionea shughuli mbalimbali za kiwandani hapo, shindano la Redds Miss Kinondoni linafanyika Jumamosi ijayo katika ukumbi wa Mlimani City.

Is that an army of green superwomen led by supermodel/talk show host/aspiring author Tyra Banks taking over NYC?

Yes, that is Tyra Banks and yes, she is wearing a pink catsuit, black knee high boots and an inexplicable eye patch with an eye on it.
But don't fear, she's not planning to take over the world, nor is she auditioning to be Anne Hathaway's stunt double. She's promoting the first novel of her fantasy/fiction book trilogy, Modelland, based on her experiences as a model.
Tyra and her army of afro-ed models in green spandex and yellow sashes took to the streets of NYC and appeared at places associated with the number 7. For what reason, we have no idea.
But while Tyra's fashion sense in this case is questionable, we have to say her body is still looking top notch at age 36. We're wondering how she pulled it off in this heat!
Speaking of heat, the new season of Top Model promises to be off the chain with all the drama we expect. Tyra recently said, "I have girls from cycle one until now - the fan favorites. I am editing the show right now and it is crazy. They are all these Type A personalities because you are getting the best of the best and they are effervescent and they pop."
Sounds like cat fights and drama to us, which always makes for good reality television.
