Miley Cyrus was slaying in that Lil Kim 1999 MTV Video Music Awards outfit last night as she attended a party in Los Angeles. Although it’s officially Halloween today, celebs have been getting super creative with their costumes for the past few days while attending various Halloween parties. Our favorite outfits of the week include Keri Hilson and her boo Serge Ibaka, Tamar Braxton, Fabolous and girlfriend Emily, Rocsi Diaz, Jennifer Hudson and her fiancée David Otunga, Queen Latifah, DJ Envy, and Amber Rose.

Fabolous dressed up as Michael Jackson in the “Thriller” music video. Emily dressed as an Ice Queen. Keri Hilson and Serge Ibaka dressed as Prince Akeem and Lisa from the movie “Coming To America.”

Rocsi Diaz dressed as a “Star Wars” storm trooper.
