the working session luncheon at the Africa Union Summit during which  
out-going Chairman President
Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete handed over the ALMA chair to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf in the side-lines of the AU Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. ALMA is an alliance of African Heads of State and Government working to end malaria-related deaths. This body was founded by African Heads of State to utilize their individual and collective power across country and regional borders:
