This past weekend Keri Hilson, Adrienne Bailon and Shaggy were
spotted in Jamaica celebrating the launch of Ne-Yo’s new record label,
Compound Island. Guests in attendance were treated to the Red Tails
movie premiere, a performance at the annual Jazz Festival and a pool
party at Secrets Resort.
In addition to starting his own label, Ne-Yo was recently appointed
VP of A&R at Motown Records.  Meanwhile, Adrienne Bailon was
released from Def Jam and signed a management deal with Ne-Yo’s Compound
 Entertainment.
